Keeping an eye toward the future
The Office of the Vice President of Strategic Operations (VPSO) was established in January 2024 to ensure that Indiana University’s Strategic Plan and the president’s vision are fully executed. The university-wide projects and initiatives that the VPSO’s three strategic areas undertake must advance one or more of the plan’s three pillars:
- Student Success & Opportunity
- Transformative Research & Creativity
- Service to Our State and Beyond
