The Student Technology and Operations Support team provides the technical foundation and analytical expertise necessary to generate insights on the student experience and deliver interventions. We do this by:
- Surfacing and integrating data from disparate enterprise sources to create a reliable, student-level view
- Orchestrating workflows and developing tools to deliver timely interventions and supports
- Leveraging advanced analytics, including predictive modeling, to support interventions
- Developing dashboards and reports that monitor intervention efforts and impact, translating complex data into actionable insights
